Lumina Casa Policies & Agreements

 

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

At Lumina Casa, we understand that plans may change. Below is our policy to ensure fairness and balance for all involved.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
• Full Refund: Available for cancellations made within 7 days of booking, provided it is at least 60 days before the event start date.
• Partial Refund (50%): Available for cancellations made 30-59 days before the start date.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable, (unless a suitable replacement participant is found).

If Lumina Casa Cancels or Reschedules:
• A full refund or the option to transfer the booking to a future event will be offered.

 

2. Payment Policy 

To ease strain on our system and create a seamless experience, we prefer full payment at the time of booking. However, we understand that flexibility is sometimes needed.

Payment Options:
• Full payment upon booking (preferred).
• 50% deposit option available for certain events, with the remaining balance due at least one month prior to the event start date.

Kindly note: Bookings are only confirmed once the payment or deposit has been received.

 

3. Terms & Conditions 

General Terms:
• By joining Lumina Casa, you agree to participate with an open heart, respect for all beings, and a willingness to co-create in harmony.
• Substance-free environment: We encourage a high-frequency, conscious space and kindly ask all participants to respect this intention.

Liability Waiver:
• Lumina Casa is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Participants are responsible for their own well-being and must inform us of any medical conditions prior to arrival.

Use of Media & Content:
• By participating, you agree that photos and videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing before the event.

 

4. Privacy Policy 

At Lumina Casa, we respect and protect your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Information We Collect:
• Personal details (name, email, phone number, and payment details).
• Preferences & dietary requirements (for accommodations and meals).
• Feedback & testimonials (to enhance our offerings).

How We Use Your Information:
• To process bookings and payments.
• To communicate important updates related to your stay.
• To enhance your experience and ensure all needs are met.

Data Protection:
• Your information is never shared or sold to third parties.
• All payment transactions are processed securely and encrypted.
• You can request to delete your data at any time by contacting us.
